Exercise of the Day - Power Jumps



-Straddle feet and place hands on hips in starting position
-Squat Down, touch the ground, and then jump as high as possible
-Squat Down, touch the ground again, and then return to starting position
-Never Bend at the Waist to touch the ground
1x5 at a slow cadence to start
