Cross Fit Baseball



Score as many runs as you can in 25 minutes
1st base- 10 pushups
2nd base- 10 squats
3rd base- 10 burpees
Home- 10 reps of random exercise

Modification:
Choose two machines and then two of the above exercises
Do Lunges instead of squats
Do Pull-Ups instead of push-ups
