Cross Fit Black Jack

Blackjack

Sit ups 20 Push ups 1 = 21
Sit ups 19 Push ups 2 = 21
Sit ups 18 Push ups 3 = 21
Sit ups 17 Push ups 4 = 21

Finish all the way down until you are at 1 sit up and 20 push ups

Modification:
Crunches/Ab Crickets
push ups on your knees
