Workout for March 26th, 2009

This workout is timed, complete the following workout to the best of your ability.

Reps of:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

of each of the following exercises:

-Burpees
-Push-Ups
-Med. Ball Sit-Ups/Woodchoppers
-Air Squats

Record your time in your workout log and repeat this exercise(next week)trying to better your time.
